The City of Ventura is hiring! We have immediate vacancies for the position of Senior Management Analyst with the City’s Public Works and Community Development Departments. There are currently three (3) vacancies each supporting different functional areas with the assigned department. This is an exciting time for someone pursuing a career in local government to join the City of Ventura a make a direct impact by supporting city-wide goals and initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with project management experience along with an in-depth understanding of local and state government operations. Highly organized and able to bring projects to completion within the specified timeframe, the ideal candidate will have experience with budgeting in a government environment and know how to navigate the overall budget process. As an effective communicator who is confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, we need a team player who is passionate about public service and understands the overall impact of the department they support. The City offers a total compensation package that includes both a generous salary plus excellent benefit! Salary: $83,657.18 - $112,101.60 Annually DOQ.
