Are you ready to join an innovative organization in one of the fastest growing areas in Southern California? The City of Rancho Cucamonga is looking for a talented Utility Operator / Project Manager to join our award-winning team!

This is a new position that serves as a project manager for capital distribution line extension projects as well as utilities infrastructure expansion design and construction projects. This job supports the Utilities Division in the development and operation of the municipal utility, and to manage facilities construction, operations, and budgeting, and provide direction to office utilities staff. The primary focus of this position will be managing electric and capital projects from design through construction.

Applicants should have a Civil or Electrical Engineering or a related degree is required. At least five or more years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
