Former Irvine City Manager Sean Joyce is likely to become the next interim city manager of Huntington Beach.
The City of Lincoln in Placer County has chosen a successor for Jennifer Hanson, who stepped down in May.
Watsonville City Manager Matt Huffaker is headed for Santa Cruz. The City Council is expected to appoint Huffaker to the city manager’s position on Nov. 9. His start date would be Jan. 3.
The City of Clovis will have a new city manager at the start of 2022. Assistant City Manager John Holt has been promoted, effective Jan. 1.
