Cupertino City Manager Dave Brandt is concluding a six-year run as the city’s top executive. Brandt announced his retirement Wednesday, effective July 6.

Folsom City Manager Evert Palmer is retiring this summer. Palmer says he will step down on July 15, 22 years after he began working for the city and seven years into his tenure as city manager.

The 3-4 decision followed the filing of a lawsuit by Mayor Rusty Bailey who had tried to veto Russo's latest contract.

Virginia Marshall did not say why she had decided to step down.

The city council says no.

However, the city has said there is no possibility that Wes Hensley will be reinstated as Chief of Police.

Cloverdale has already selected Assistant City Manager and Community Development Director David Kelley to replace Cayler. He’ll take over on March 31.
