Director of Finance and Administrative Services

Plans, organizes, directs and reviews the activities and operations of the Administrative Services Department including finance, budgeting, accounting, treasury services, human resources, and risk management; coordinates assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies; provides leadership to the organization; and provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the City Manager and City Council.

Finance Manager

The Hayward Area Recreation and Park District is an independent special use district created to provide park and recreation services for over 300,000 residents. Accountant/Senior Accountant

The City of Port Hueneme is seeking a qualified Account/Senior Accountant who is self-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.  This staff member will administer finance activities for the City including duties related to the application of Governmental Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting Standards as developed by GFOA, and the application of GAAP as they relate to municipal finance.

Reporting to the City Council and working closely with the City Manager, the Controller, provides comprehensive City-wide financial and accounting services, including financial analysis and budgeting, accounting, payroll services, accounts payables services, auditing, expenditures, internal controls, and financial reporting for the City.
