The City of Fresno has joined an internet video sensation that has people everywhere freezing in place like mannequins.
The city just released this YouTube video of city staff, including Mayor Ashley Swearengin and Mayor-elect Lee Brand, participating in the challenge. They do such a great job, we’re pretty sure we could stick ‘em in Madame Tussauds and no one would even notice.
