After an extensive search and selection process, the Fullerton City Council has hired Eric Levitt as the next city manager. He will take over May 10 at a base salary of $250,000 per year.
Levitt has served as city manager of Alameda since 2019. He previously managed the cities of Simi Valley, California; Janesville, Wisconsin; and Sedona, Arizona. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Kansas.
Fullerton terminated its last permanent city manager Ken Domer without cause in April 2021. He is now Assistant City Manager of Laguna Beach.
