The County of San Benito is seeking an experienced County Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the County, ensuring that the policies set by the Board of Supervisors are effectively implemented. The CAO will lead more than 600 staff, the development of the County’s annual $339 million budget, and recommend multi-year programs that align with the County’s long-term goals, while maintaining continuous fiscal control.
