Departmental Human Resources Analyst

Salary: $35.63 – $43.31/Hourly

Contra Costa County Health Services Personnel is seeking temporary full-time and part-time Human Resources Analysts to join our department in Martinez, CA.
The primary assignment involves conducting personnel investigations, including employee misconduct, union grievances, discrimination and harassment complaints. Incumbents will be expected to work independently, have strong analytical and investigative skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in a public agency performing employee investigations is highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications: Two years of full-time, or its equivalent, professional human resources experience and possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in human resources management, business administration, public administration, industrial/organizational psychology or a closely related field.
