$101,484 - $123,360
The San Joaquin County Human Services Agency has an exciting opportunity for experienced managers and administrators to apply for the Deputy Director of Human Services Agency (HSA) to lead and manage the Children's Services Bureau. In addition to the base annual salary, the potential cashable compensation package of this senior management level position is $130,658 - $153,645. The Deputy Director is a key member of the senior management team of HSA. This senior management position is an at-will position and is exempt from the San Joaquin County's Civil Service System.
Desirable qualifications include a combination of education and experience equivalent to:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in social work.
Five years of managerial experience in a public social service agency organization or program, including two years in a children’s social services program.
