One vacancy with the Tulare County Employees' Retirement Association (TCERA) located in Visalia, CA. Assists the Executive Director (Retirement Administrator) in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating functions of the Retirement Office. Serves as staff to the Retirement Board. Assists the Retirement Administrator in developing and interpreting policies and procedures related to the Tulare County Employees' Retirement Association. Provides information to County departments and other agencies on retirement activities and policies. Assists in oversight of accounting functions related to TCERA's investment managers, investment returns, annual audit, financial reports and cash flow needs. Requires graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, public administrator or related field and three (3) years profession work experience in a retirement system that involved financial, accounting, and/or auditing functions, investment and cash management activities, portfolio management,with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
