Salary Range: $91,676 – $119,615 annually (plus excellent benefits).
Full-time permanent position (subject to probation).
Under general supervision, provides varied, complex, and confidential office administrative and secretarial support to the City Manager, City Council, and other City management and administration staff; coordinates the work of secretarial and clerical staff within the organization relating to City Commissions, Boards, and Committees and City Council Subcommittees; and performs related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications Required
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade supplemented by two (2) years of college level course work in business or secretarial science and five (5) years of responsible secretarial experience involving assisting executive management or a high-level official with administrative duties such as typing, filing, calendar coordination, public relations, and project coordination tasks. Must possess and maintain a valid California class C driver license and have a satisfactory driving record.

- Knowledgeable of the Brown Act, Political Reform Act, Government Codes and applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

- Possesses an engaging and collaborative management style and high ethical and professional values.
- Is detail-oriented, motivated, and flexible.
- Displays outstanding integrity and judgment.
