Salary: $71,543.80 - $123,980.48 Annually, plus benefits
The County Executive Office, Human Resources Division for the County of Ventura is currently seeking two (2) Recruitment Analyst/ Sr. Recruitment Analyst to join the Recruitment team. Working under the general direction of the Deputy Executive Officer- Human Resources, the ideal candidate will possess significant professional-level recruitment experience in a public sector environment, a Master's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, experience in constructing examinations such as interviews, practicals, measures of training and experience, and written exams, and experience working with automated HR systems. The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to work with a wide variety of customers. He or she will have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment while maintaining outstanding customer service.
Education/Experience:
The required knowledge, skills, and abilities can be obtained by considerable (PA II) or progressively responsible (PA III) professional-level experience with recruitment and related activities. A typical combination of education and experience would be the equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Public or Business Administration AND three (3) years (PA II) or five (5) years (PA III) of progressively responsible professional-level experience which included recruitment and related activities.
Substitution: additional related experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
