Employee Benefits Analyst

The San Joaquin County Human Resources Division is seeking an experienced analyst to join its Benefits Unit and provide professional support to the Employee Benefits programs. The individual will work with County managers and employees to provide expertise and ensure delivery of services. The Employee Benefits Analyst position will receive direction from the Employee Benefits Manager.

 

ASSISTANT COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Under direction of the County Administrative Officer, assist with planning, organizing, reviewing, managing, and supervising the functions of the County government. Assists the County Administrative Officer in making major financial, administrative and policy recommendations to the Board of Supervisors as well as conducting or directing special projects and the analysis of public policy issues that are complex and often of a sensitive nature.

Under general supervision, performs a broad range of highly responsible, confidential, and complex secretarial and administrative duties in support of a Department Head.  The current vacancy is in the City Manager's Office.  The eligible list may also be used for future vacancies in other departments.
