Finance Director

Appointed by the City Manager and reporting to the Assistant City Manager (under current management structure), the Finance Director is a critical member of the City's executive management team. The position works closely with the City Manager's Office on global issues in the City, particularly as it relates to financial forecasts and the budget, and directly with the elected Auditor and Treasurer to ensure proper accountability and sound management of assets.

Finance Analyst I/II/Senior - Debt Administration

WHAT WE OFFER
Educational Incentive - An educational incentive of 2.5% for completion of an associate's degree, 3.5% for completion of a bachelor's degree, OR 5% for completion of a graduate's degree.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Incentive – An incentive of 5% of base pay may be paid for an active CPA Certification. An incumbent may receive the educational Incentive or the CPA Incentive whichever is higher. Both cannot be received at the same time.

ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST II

Monthly Salary $5,573.36 - $7,155.91

The City of Stockton is seeking to fill an Administrative Analyst II position in the Financial Services Division of the Municipal Utilities Department (MUD). Incumbent will support in compliance monitoring, trend analysis, p-card purchases, requisitions, contracts, inventory, fleet, and capital projects. This position will also assist with the development of the annual budget, rate studies, and coordination with all divisions to ensure uniformity of processes department wide.
