  • Directly assists the department director by providing high level staff assistance in developing goals and programs; regularly acts in the behalf of the department director with the business activities of the department and for an operational program.
  • Manages the Public Works budget and contracts for fleet, facilities, street maintenance, and wastewater collection/sewer. 
  • Develops and monitors annual budgets, long range budgets, and capital improvement programs for overall department.  Conducts research, studies, and analyses of department functions.
