Utilities Manager

The City of Manhattan Beach is currently seeking highly qualified candidates to oversee the activities and operations of the Utilities Division within the Public Works Department. Reporting to the Public Works Director, the Utilities Manager will oversee all administrative and operational matters, including budget preparation, personnel, purchasing, performance measures, and strategic planning. The Utilities Manager has staff oversight of 24 full-time and 4 part-time employees with an annual budget of $50.2 million (including CIP funds).

Assistant Director - Community Services

The birthplace of Silicon Valley, Palo Alto is a community of approximately 68,000 residents and nearly 100,000 jobs located on the mid-Peninsula between San Francisco and San Jose. The City recently added a second Assistant Director in Community Services to oversee arts, sciences, inclusion, and accessibility. The new Assistant Director will manage 54 FTEs and an $8.8M operating budget.

Health and Human Services Administrative Services Manager

The County of Yolo is recruiting to fill one ( 1 ) regular, full-time position in the class of HHSA Administrative Services Manager at the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) housed in the Administration branch.The HHSA Administrative Services Manager reports directly to the Deputy Branch Director of Administration and has responsibility for several of the Agency’s Human Resources functions, including the professional development, recruitment, and healthy workforce programs.

Assistant City Manager

The City of La Habra is seeking qualified, experienced candidates for a newly created position of Assistant City Manager. This position will work collaboratively with the City Manager in the administration of the City government and will be responsible for directly overseeing the operations of the City’s Human Resources Department, Finance Department, Information Technology Division, the City’s Fire and Ambulance contracts and managing special assignments and projects.
