CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Salary Range: $67,059 – $87,495 (plus excellent benefits)
Full-time permanent position (subject to probation)

Under general supervision of the Planning Director, the Code Enforcement Officer identifies, investigates, and resolves code violation complaints related to the City’s municipal, zoning, and building codes. Seeks voluntary compliance or issues citations and initiates abatement procedures. Extensive field work is required, with occasional weekend and evening work.

Neighborhood Preservation Supervisor

The Neighborhood Preservation Supervisor performs a variety of supervisory, administrative, and technical work in activities in code enforcement and neighborhood preservation programs; develops and implements department policies, programs and procedures; ensures safe work practices, work quality and accuracy; reads and interprets complex codes, laws, and ordinances; coaches and counsels subordinate staff; performs other related duties as required.

Police Chief

Property Management Supervisor

The selected candidate will be a member of the Airport's Business Development and Marketing group. Activities in the group include property management, new business development, air service marketing and community relations and education. The daily work includes both the typical tenant relations and leasing, problem-solving and compliance matters, as well as proposing new business ideas and contributing to capital improvement teams. In a small airport, we all wear many hats, and need to be comfortable with pitching in outside one's typical area of expertise when situations require.

Management Analyst I/II - Community Enhancement

The City Manager’s Office is actively recruiting for a Management Analyst to join our Community Enhancement & Investment Team in Rancho Cordova.  Working closely with the Citizen Oversight Board and community stakeholders, the team supports programs in areas such as Arts & Culture, Sports, Education, and a variety of community partnerships.  Voters recently approved a second initiative (Measure R) which expands the team’s role into areas such as Covid-19 Relief, Affordable Housing, Economic Development, Infrastructure, and Homelessness.
