Senior Office Assistants are experienced administrative support personnel responsible for performing a wide variety of complex, highly responsible professional, analytical, and administrative support activities including participation in department and City-wide administrative processes, procedures, and programs, research and analytical reporting, policy development, and special projects and studies.
In San Marcos, we're looking for someone ready to step up, take initiative and get things done within the Real Property Services division-- a unique revenue generating powerhouse that helps pay for public services that directly impact the high quality of life enjoyed by San Marcos residents.

Salary: $76,871.40 - $107,630.52 Annually, plus benefits
Compensation: $4,766 - $6,694 / $5,370 - $7,553 mo., generous benefits, PERS retirement and City paid health insurance.
Duties will include grant administration, legislative analysis, assisting in the coordination and resolution of local issues, and the preparation and coordination of a variety of presentations, agenda bills, media releases, and educational materials.
