Recreation/Community Services Director

The City of Tulare is seeking a highly experienced professional with a broad background in economic development, city planning, and related functions, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing multifaceted projects. This department head role oversees all activities of the City Manager's Office related to Economic Development and Redevelopment, including short- and long-term planning. The position supports the City Manager in administrative, coordinative, analytical, and liaison functions, and is supported by a Senior Management Analyst.
