Human Resources Manager

Located in San Mateo County, California, the Central County Fire Department (CCFD) serves the Cities of Burlingame and Millbrae and the Town of Hillsborough. The Department serves a population of 66,045 from six fire stations across a service area of approximately 15 square miles. CCFD is supported by 91 FTEs and a FY2023-24 operating budget of $33.14 million. The HR Manager is a recently approved position and will coordinate all HR functions for the Department. 

Town Manager

Incorporated in 1887 as one of Santa Clara County’s oldest communities, the Town of Los Gatos (approximate population 33,000) is nestled at the base of the Sierra Azules.  As a general law municipality operating under the Council-Manager form of government, the Town Council consists of 5 collaborative members who are elected at large to four-year overlapping terms.

City Manager

The City of Watsonville, California is seeking a dynamic and accomplished executive to become its new City Manager. The selected City Manager will also need to have an inclusive management style combined with a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations. Additionally, a thorough understanding of community development, economic development, and finance is of high importance to the City Council. The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary with an innovative mindset who can take a creative approach to solving problems and managing the long-term goals of the City.

Human Resources Director

A full-service city on Southern California’s Pacifica Coast with over 2,000 employees, Santa Monica (pop. 93,000) is one of the nation’s pre-eminent urban coastal communities and recently ranked among the top beach cities in the world. Appointed by the City Manager, the Human Resources Director oversees an FY 23-24 operating budget of $6.4 million and is supported by 26 full-time employees.  

Assistant City Manager

The City of Indio (population approximately 100,000) is a full-service city with about 300 full-time positions and a 2023-2024 total fiscal year budget of $361 million (General Fund budget of $134.8 million).  In support of being the largest and fastest growing city in the Coachella Valley, the City is also a nimble, flexible, responsive, innovative and entrepreneurial organization.  The City is bursting with growth and development, downtown revitalization, and huge investments in community infrastructure.
