Utility Chief Plant Operator

UTILITIES CHIEF PLANT OPERATOR
(Salary Range: $38.78 - $47.14 hourly)

DEFINITION
This single incumbent position is under the general direction of the Director of Public
Works. The incumbent performs a variety of duties essential to the management,
administration, and operations of the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants. The
position supervises Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators and performs
related duties as assigned.

Administrative Services Director

The City of Larkspur is a suburb of San Francisco, located just two miles south of San Rafael, with a population of 12,500. Police Commander

The Police Commander assists in the management, supervision, operation and training of the Police Department in both emergency and non-emergency conditions, including developing goals, objectives, procedures and policies to facilitate the City’s day-to-day and long range Police Department activities. Performs related work as required. Under general direction of the Police Chief, the Police Commander directly manages one of two divisions: the Patrol Division or the Support Division.

Environmental Sustainability Analyst

Under general supervision, implements and coordinates specialized programs and projects within the City and the Environmental Sustainability Department. Performs complex analytical studies and policy analysis and participates in budget preparation and administration. Researches environmental and sustainability issues, conducts studies and prepares reports recommending appropriate course of action and strategies in support of the goals and objectives of the Environmental Sustainability Department.

Staff Nurse V - Inpatient Assistant Department Manager

Staff Nurse V - ADM is the assistant manager-level class in the Staff Nurse series. In an inpatient setting, employees have full supervisory responsibility for a nursing service unit or units during a shift. Employees assist the Nursing Department Manager in assessing total patient needs, evaluating performance of staff and coordinating the unit with other hospital divisions or services. They assume full responsibility for management of the unit in the Manager’s absence.
