Management Analyst

Risk Management Analyst

Definition: Under general supervision, the Senior Human Resources Analyst performs a variety of complex, professional, lead level functions related to the development and administration of the human resources programs and services in recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, labor relations, workers’ compensation, risk liability, benefits administration and training; and coordinates, prepares reports, supervises technical and clerical staff; and performs other related work as required.

Management Technician - Community Enhancement Investment Fund

Working with the Community Enhancement team, the Management Technician will support a variety of projects and programs from public safety to public works, to community-based and grassroots programs and initiatives, to opportunities for residents and businesses.   Approximately 50 projects a year are selected for grant funding with a focus on fulfilling needs to support key community priority areas.  Some of the highest priority tasks include:
