Cannabis is legal in California, but commercial bans are still in place in most cities and counties.

With sales tax revenues plunging, many cities are taking a second look at legalized cannabis as a revenue enhancer.

Mountain View Police have confirmed they spoke to the shooter 11 hours before she opened fire at YouTube headquarters but found nothing amiss. Family members say local authorities were also warned about the suspect's mental state.
