Three years after he resigned in the face of multiple sexual assault allegations, former Windsor Mayor Dominic Foppoli says he’s feeling vindicated.
The researchers analyzed 1,180 towns across California with a population of 35,000 or less.
Earlier this year, multiple women, including a former Mayor of Sonoma, accused Foppoli of sexual misconduct. The accusations led to his resignation in May from the Council and a police investigation.
Another woman has come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against Windsor Mayor Dominic Foppoli. The latest accuser is herself a former mayor.
