Incorporated in 1957, the City of Westminster is a vibrant and diverse community with a rich history and blend of residents, businesses, and tourists from many ethnic cultures and backgrounds. As of 2019, Westminster is home to an estimated population of approximately 93,000. District Attorney Human Resources Director

Under general direction, the District Attorney Human Resources Director is responsible for recruitment and selection services for District Attorney classifications, classification and compensation, labor relations, workers' compensation, health and safety programs, payroll, leave of absence and benefits management, and strategic initiatives related to staff development and organizational structure. The District Attorney Human Resources Director performs investigations relating to discrimination complaints and prepares responses as appropriate, and manages various levels of staff.

Community Development - Program Assistant

The Community Development department is a division of the County Executive Office providing administration of three U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant programs. The Community Development staff must maintain the County's qualification in order to receive annual CDBG, HOME, and ESG entitlement funds. The County's Entitlement Area consists of the cities of Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula, and the unincorporated area of the County of Ventura. Community Development staff work closely with the cooperating cities in planning the use of these funds.
