Human Resources/Risk Manager

The HR/Risk Mnager will perform professional work in the analysis, investigation and research of administrative policies and functions; organize and direct human resources operations, including benefits administration, labor negotiations, training, recruitment, employee relations and risk management functions. The individual will serve as a member of the City's management team.  

REQUIREMENTS:

*  Four years of human resources experience, including municipal government experience in Human Resources, Public Administration.

Personnel Analyst II

The Personnel Analyst II is a journey-level HR generalist with responsibilities in recruiting and developing examinations, conducting HR related training, advising management on employment matters such as employee performance, employee leave, and reasonable accommodation requests, and researching and interpreting  county   policies, MOU's, employment laws, and county ordinances. Human Resources is a fast-paced, high volume work environment with tight deadlines to meet the needs of County departments.
