DEFINITION:

Under administrative direction, the Human Resources Administrator plans, manages, and oversees the activities and operations of the Human Resources activities, including recruitment, selection, employee and labor relations, organizational and staff development, risk management, benefits administration, and other Human Resource areas; and provide highly responsible and complex management support.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

Receives administrative direction from Director or the General Manager, as assigned.
