Request for Proposal - Town of Yountville Impact Fee Study

The objective of this RFP is to find and select a qualified vendor to complete a Development Impact Fee Study for the Town of Yountville. The Town assesses a variety of development impact fees on new development and redevelopment to help pay for the infrastructure that the new development activity will require. The Town’s impact fee program must comply with the Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Section 66000 et seq., also known as Assembly Bill 1600).
