Summary
Under very limited supervision, works independently to perform complex technical analysis and provides leadership to others to resolve budget, program, financial, policy, economic, administrative and management issues; develops recommendations and writes reports. A Management Analyst, Principal-C functions independently and is expected to possess a comprehensive knowledge of county political environment, policies, procedures and programs and well developed skills in leadership, finance and communication.

Community Relations Manager

The City of Hanford is seeking to fill a vacancy in the City Manager's Office for the position of Community Relations Manager. Under general direction, this position develops, organizes, directs, and evaluates a comprehensive communication and outreach program. The incumbent is part of the City Manager’s Office, which includes the Cannabis division, and will also be responsible for overseeing the cannabis program for the City of Hanford. Performs related responsibilities as required.
